Post Oil ports on a Y7 block same as Y8 or Z6?

I'm building a what i hope to be a fairly high horsepower d series boost project. I'm going for 350whp and my question is weather or not i should work with the Y7 block i have? i know that non vtec blocks are weaker then vtec so my plan was to take it in and have it balanced which if i'm right will make it slightly stonger and able to rev a bit higher then a Y8 or Z6 stock block. but if the oil ports or oil flows different in a Y7 block then it may not work or even be worth it since i am matting it with a Y8 or Z6 head. I have a Z6 head now but am thinking about going Y8 since i have a 96 dx the dizzy would be obd2 and i would't have to mod it. im not sure on that yet tho but if anyone knows about the block that would help alot. thanks everyone
