Default oil pooling up in my turbine...turbo seals gone bad?

well i took my downpipe off the other day and noticed a small pool of what appeared to be oil in my turbine housing and inside my vband adaptor. its not dripping out, but its enough to wipe up and get on your finger. additionally, after idleing for a while my car will smoke for the first few miles.

i bought an oil restrictor in hopes of reducing oil pressure and smoking but that hasnt worked it seems. i dont have much shaft play if at all though....

First thing to always check is the oil drain. It need to be at least 1/2" diameter line and it needs to have a good slope to the oil pan. Second is the oil pressure.

If those seem ok then most likely the seals have blow out.
