Default Oil out the dipstick...

I've built up a B18A. I put on a PCV from an '88-91 civic. Unfortunately at high RPMs and under boost I'm getting oil out the dipstick. The rubber seal has melted off but I wonder if this is indicating a blowby issue or if it's normal for oil to get up that high. I tried popping the PCV out but it didn't help. Can anyone think of something I'm forgetting? It left a puddle under the dyno so it's more than just little drips. Still made 370whp.

Sounds like a blowby issue to me. When you run the car at idle with the dipstick out does it smoke?
