i dont know about any quick fix ways but if you talk to Sonny (i think it was him) he can give you details on a weldless oil return. he has pictures too which clarifies everything. if i was to expalin it to you i would probably confuse the hell out of you. it is was i used and the thing is clean as hell.
it will cost you about $70 or so. good system tho!

I had several battle missions againts my oil return line. Like you, i took my **** to get welded at a no name place. The guy rewelded it three freaking times and it was still leaking! There must have been several small tiny holes he didnt get. Either way oil can seap out of there.
Basicaly do this, drain the oil and clean the area around the fitting with brake cleaner, or something that cleans very good. Get your self some JB weld and splat that stuff all around the fitting. Follow the direction when it comes to letting it dry. Ever since then, mine has never leaked. And this cost about $5

ur on honda-tech and never heard of jb weld lol...h-t people use it to fix everything. Its really strong epoxy type stuff that sticks to anything. Ive seen it used on intercoolers, bov's, oil pans, etc. I wouldn't really recommend it for long term use on such a vital part of ur turbo system but the stuff works wonders.
