High fuel pressure on stock fpr
Okay so I’m seeing about 80-90 psi at the rail with a stock fpr. What could cause this?
i have a walboro 450 hardwired to the battery, 2200cc injectors, and an AEM fuel rail.

Your walbro 450 has too much flow for a stock fpr. You need to run an after market fpr for that pump, I recommend an off rail regulator like aeromotive or equivalent.

Re: High fuel pressure on stock fpr
The aem regulator come with 3 different size internal fittings. You probably want to use the largest one with that pump. I wasn’t able to run more then 45psi base pressure with my walbro 450 and aem regulator without the pressure jumping around like crazy, so I switched to an off rail regulator and have no problem running 65psi base pressure now.
