Default oil burning blue smoking HELP

i got a h23 i been going to through hell trying to fig out what going on with my car

the start of it
I put new pistons and rings in JE pistons 9:1 comp with the hasting pistons rings with a sleeved blocked put it together and it start smoke a little blue smoke so i pulled the head and got a valve job with new valve seals still smoking

So now am starting to get **** so i pulled the engine down again to put new rings in so i just got new piston to now i got arias 10.3:1 comp with arias rings the pistons looks a lot better then JE and the rings are bigger i put it in yesterday and it was will smoking so it could have been the motor oil because i put new full synthetic 20w-50 oil in it i drained it and put some cheapo motor 10w-40 and drove it for about 150miles to day and its still smoking the same
WHAT CAN IT BE can soming still be wroung with the head or what

its driving me carzy

put in straight 30 weight non detergent motor oil for at least 200 miles to help it break in.

ok i just went and changed the oil with straight 30w so am going to drive
100-150miles tonight and see what happens

i drove a 120mile tonight and the smoke did not change so am going to take my turbo off tomorrow and see if i get any change

He got a valve job with seals so that should be taken care of. Yeah check the turbo. It's about the only thing left! Sucks if that's what it was the whole time.

you may have already screwed up since you tried to seat the rings with synthetic. NEVER seat rings with synthetic. Use non-detergent ONLY.
