Default OEM ITR Exhaust Manifold good for my JRSC Setup?

Right now I have the D/C Sports header and 2.25" Exhaust.. I just bought the kteller 3" piping, strait through muffler and 2.5" inlet and 3" outlet high flow cat. Would this manifold flow better and work pretty good?

I would buy a kamikaze but I dont want to run somethign that's obviously not smog legal...

from what I heard those aren't going to do you much.. I've seen the DC 4-2-1 giving some power to different peeps.. I am going to try out the JDM ITR 4-1 for my JRSC setup.... hopefully it'll have some gains..and stay smog legal<>

It seems the itr header would be better because it's got a bigger outlet.. but I dont know. Right now my exhaust is getting bottlenecked and I'm not making nearly as much power as I can.

Anyone else?

well first you want to get at least a 2.5" to 3" exhaust to get the max power for a JRSC...

On my GSR setup, untuned with the Jackson Racing FMU and map contorller, at 6psi, it yielded 236whp. Thats through a HP racing Header, Jackson Racing 2.5" cat and Comptech exhaust.

If you look at my quote you'll see that I'm already buying the exhaust.. I'm just asking about the header itself. Is it going to be pretty good?

Those are some good numbers. I'm going to go ahead and buy the JDM ITR Header with the 2.5" Outlet.. I already ordered the other stuff and when I get it all on and have my hondata tuned I'll let you know what kind of numbers I see. I hope to get around 260 to the wheel.. I will then be COMPLETELY DONE! My car is very reliable with the internals I have..

On my R I have the JRSC (stock kit @ 4.5-5lbs. w/ fmu) Apex N1 catback, test pipe & Kamikaze header. I had a DC Sports 4-1 header w/ 2.5" collector & swithched to the Kami header. Even untuned the Kami header w/ the 2.5'outlet makes more power from idle to redline. Thats what I got & don't have any regrets. Great header!
