OEM 12:1 Compression and N2O question
I have a set of D16A1 Rods and Pistons that I want to put in my D16Z6 for 12:1 (approx) compression. Being that it is OEM Cast pistons, will nitrous fry those pistons... I am running a 75 zex dry shot.
If I pull timing and use uberdata to run some bigger injectors will I be ok? How long am I looking at being able to hold onto the engine in one piece? I run 94 octance and 2 step colder plugs now too.
Anything else that I can do to keep it from frying pistons? Thicker head gasket maybe? Any suggestions guys? Thanks
