OBX Turbocharger
Hey, does anyone have any real-world experience with any of the OBX turbos? I was reading, and they have a pretty decent selection of sizes and types from a straight t3 journal bearing, t3\t4 ball bearing, and even like a gt35r ball bearing! They are all priced between 1/3 and 1/2 of the Garrett units, and come with a lifetime warranty!?! I was never one to cheap out on this part of my build, but a lifetime warranty on a turbo sounds pretty damn tempting!

Re: OBX Turbocharger (oneludesol)
some have had them work some havent, the vast majority will tell you they have 1/3 - 1/2 the garrett quality also.
if you dont mind constantly sending stuff back for repair then thats the way to go.

typically a lifetime warrantee means for the life of the part and not your lifetime. which means your prolly looking at most a 6 year warrantee and most warrantees are worthless imo. they have so many loop holes in them that you'll never see anything covered under it. thats just my $.02
