Default OBD-II to OBD-I = more power, what happens??

Question for you peeps. What happens to the extra sensors like the 2nd O2 sensor in your catalytic converter when you switch to OBD-I? Will your car make more power? Can you get rid of the extra sensor? Thanks

You won't get more power, but the OBD-I ECUs can be "chipped" whereas there's only a couple of people that can supposedly modify the OBD-II ECUs (and I've never heard of anybody that actually had it done). And yes, you would toss the second 02 sensor.
