It doesnt say it has stock internals, rather a built block. Also, I dont see why the turbo wouldnt be capable of pushing that psi, provided it has a large and efficient intercooler.

A lot of people say that 18G's are god 350-400 HP so 20G's are probably good for 400+ HP.
EDIT: and also some of the people on DSMtalk.com say that the standard Mitsu 18G and the 18G that comes with the Greddy kit have different turbine housings. I believe they said that Greddy uses their own turbine housing on their kits, and that it is slightlty smaller than the standard mitsubishi turbine housing.
