NPG (alcohol based) Radiator Fluid
http://www.evanscooling.com/main25.htm
Has anyone ever tried this stuff? Anybody have any insight on using NPG instead of conventional radiator fluid? Does this keep your car cooler?
TIA
Mike

FYI, coolant is flammable as well, but it has a very high flash point (hope I have my terminology correct).

LOL, sorry I haven't read much - the font color and size were blurrying my eyes. Also, I wanted personal experiences as to how much cooler an engine is kept by using NPG.
On a side note: through organic chemistry, substances ending with -ol have an alcohol group, but I never assumed all alcohols were flammable. If this is wrong, please correct me.

I didn't put any re-search into it...I was headed out the door when I saw the post...guess I should have researched it.
