Not for Honda but I figured I would share our SRT4 setup
There are a few fixes that we are going to work on. Like the return from the wastegate we are going to curve so that it intersects @ a 45 degree with the downpipe. The other is antireversion cones right after the head flange. The runners are a bit short and we don't want to cook the # 1 and 2 cylinders, although the turbo has a stg5 wheel and a .63AR on the turbine so that should help.

All the '04 models at the dealership right now have the quaife limited slip from the factory. Blue is the hot ticket right now. Sweet color.
Nice turbo/manifold setup BTW. That factory integrated turbo/manifold blows. If I had an SRT-4 thats the first thing I'd throw away. Screw factory warrenty.

We are gunning for close to 500whp with some chemical assistance. The goal for the car is 9.90s @ 135mph+. We are running the car in the Sport FWD class next year.

No not at all. First off we make all of our parts. Second there is very little that the motor is going to need. Most of the attention is going towards the chassis/suspension. We have to get this car down to 2400lbs and take car of all of the deflection is the front suspension. We are currently building bushings with a pillowball center for the front A-arm mounts. Our other trick is our traction bars.

Sounds good. I just saw you up in the North East you'll need that 9.9 up there in the street class.

Yeah it is a tough crowd over here. We have a few tricks up our sleave, plus we hope the displacment really plays to our advantage with an early flat torque curve.

it was good to see your car doing its thing at etown earlier this month. nice numbers for the stock turbo/tire set up you guys had. i really think the new neons are waiting to be unleashed. turbo upgrades, fuel, and big slicks should run easy 10's without spending too much cash...........unlike a honda. i predict we will be seeing 2-3, 10 second neons on the east coast in the sport fwd class next year..........good luck.

9.90's in a 2400lb car is gonna take a good bit more then 135 trap and 500whp. shoot for 600 and 150mph and u have a better chance. goodluck

for a 2400lbs car Using the ET method, I come up with 489 horsepower
Using the Speed method, I come up with 461 horsepower that is based off of 9.90 @ 135mph

umm those calculators don't exactly work. they are based off of RWD V8's and the 60's that they pull/torque curves that they have/the fact that they can lay down every bit of power/torque all the way down the track. A fwd turbo 4cyl. is a totally different ball game.
