Default Nos51's turbo k20 hatchy build

just want to post up what i been up to since i dont post much on honda-tech anymore.i left the honda scene a while back built a 700hp evolution, broke alot of parts on it decided i wanted to do something more simple, cheaper and more fun factor.so i went back with a set-up i know well,k series turbo.my last integra made 589 on a stock long block k20a2 ran very well i really had no problems at all,(sold it to get the evo).i decided i would reuse some parts from the evo ,turbo, wastegate etc. and do a stock motor setup again this time in an eg hatch.went well for about 4-5 months car was making 550+hp on a stock longblock, most i got out of it was 591hp before it let a rod go.decided to get a little more serious and this how she stands now:

car:
93 eg cx hacth, full interior etc

suspension:
skunk2 dag coilovers, tokico luminas, koni yellows in the front, full race traction bars
car rolls on hoosier qtp for the steets 26x9.5 r15

turbosetup:
td autowerkes twin scroll sidewinder manifold, tial 44mm(x2),no name 4inch intercooler, garret gt4094r bb, 1.06 twin scroll housing

engine set up:
STOCK SLEEVE k20a2,je 9-1 pistons .5 over,eagle h beams rods,ge headstuds,stock headgasket,acl race bearings,blue printed/balanced rotating assemb.,stock ported k20a2 head with ferrera beehive springs/retainers,IPS kt-1 cams,afi intake manifold with q-45 throttle body,1200cc pte injectors,full blown intank twin walbro setup -8 feed/-6 return,hondata k-pro.

drivetrain: car was on a k20a2 6 speed with type r lsd but i just swapped in an ep3 5 speed/lsd,cc twin disc, stock rsx axles with b-series outers, hasport mounts.
car has gone 10.51@141 with about 560hp with the built motor but with the stock k20a2 cams and an rbc intake manifold.

Ended up making 534hp ,374 torque @17psi on pump gas and 698hp 456torque @29 psi.

this is what it made before on the old set(built motor minus ips cams and afi intake manifold) compared to the new setup.also old setup was on about 33psi.new set up makes more power everywhere and earlier and on less boost (29psi):

another sheet:

sorry for the crappy dyno sheets, here some pics of the car/bay,
more crappy pics:

this is how she rolls in street trim, older pics minus the hood scoop but more or less looks the same:

hope you guys like it,this car built and tuned by me,along with help from damian/td autowerkes......

Pretty badass car man! Good job building it.

The v8 boy's must laugh when they see your car driving on the streets, then cry afterwards when you lay a smack down on them! lol
