is this normal for turbo, i tried filling oil feed manually, not able?
ok my turbo is ihi rhb5, uses the banjo for feed... anyhow, i tried for FUN and to flush out the center section, by filling oil into the oil feed. i took out the banjo bolt and put a funnel and poured some oil... it just stays filled up.. is this normal? does the turbo require the pressure to squeeze it in the tiny small hole that is inside the center section?

Yes, the top oil feed gets pressurized oil from the engine all the way up to probably 80-90psi at max rpm. Thats a bearing inside the center section and needs pressurized oil to support it and is a very small clearance.
