I have mine wired the same as your diagram then if that switch referents the +12v from the stock fan harness. I'm almost home I will double check. Maybe I'm just tired and missed something

Re: No air flow to radiator..... Need help!!!!!
So I made it home and here's how it's wired up.
There aren't numbers directly next to each wire on this relay so I can't just name numbers and colors.
Yellow wire is running fused straight to the battery
Red wire is going to the fan
Black wire from fan is going to tans. Ground
Orange wire is going to stock fan plug (blk w/red)+12v
Grey plug going to body ground.
Hooked up this way the fan will turn on when I reaches a certain temp but doesn't turn back off until the key is turned off.
Also I just moved the grey wire to one of the 2 wires on the the thermostat housing. But same results as before.
Should I try the grey wire on the other 2nd wire on the housing or will that just not work.

Okay put the red to the batt. With a fuse inline
The yellow to the fan positive
Then the two small ones one goe to the stock fan harness {12v switched by ems} and the other goes to chassis ground
Then Ground the spal fan
Done

30 and 87a are the thicker wires and 85 and 86 are the thinner wires
I didn't look at the diagram again so the colors might be reversed
The way i told you to wire it will work 100 percent

Yellow goes to batt red goes to fan. These two can be flipped doesnt matter
The grey and orange also. Switched 12v is orange which you will get from the stock fan harness
The grey is going to ground

Re: No air flow to radiator..... Need help!!!!!
You need to de-pin the and rewire the connection part of the relay. The fan signal is a negative output, so by adding the relay you have to make it a positive output.
86 and 30 need fused power
85 goes to trigger
82 goes to the spal
Hope this helps
