Am I able to install my nitrous bottle in my back seat....or is it illegal to have it in the passenger compartment of a car. Where do most people install their bottles?

Most people install them in the trunks, besides now they have remote open options for like $100... So need to have it in the car...

My friend had a remote bottle opener...which is actually about 200 bucks....and it didn't work.

then he didnt install it right or it was broken... and you can get them for a little over $100

i would install it in your trunk, its the easiest place to mount the bottle correctly

I think you need to mount it in the trunk to run at tracks....you will need a dump tube to run it inside your cockpit.

I've had mine mounted behind my driver seat ever since I got the kit. Cops seen it, never messed with me, track officals seen it, they could care less on street night. Nice and close, don't need a remote bottle opener. If you have a hatchback it will be in the passenger compartment somewhere. Just get a blowdown tube and it will be 100% legal for the track.

as long as you have a good blowdown tube you could mount it in the center console and use it as an armrest

I was wondering the same thing about being in the pass. compartment. I was thinking about somehow hiding the bottle under the dash, so nobody knows unless they look under the hood. The Vent tube is the info that i was lookin for...

I was joking about the armrest but I would assume your right arm would be busy shifting when you are spraying anyway
