Default Newbie w/ b18 '92 dx hb. I want boost :)

I just have a few questions of what's the best most efficient way for me to turbo my car. It's a daily driven car and i don't want to boost much since i don't want to replace my stock internals. From what i have read so far here, 6 psi seems to best for stock internals. What kind of turbo setup am i looking at here and how much $$$ will it run me? I am 18 on a budget but willing to be patient and save up to the do it right. not really looking forward to a blow motor. Any positive input is welcome. thanks for your time guys.

Best bet man is to go with a drag3 kit. Check out http://www.importparts.com. Also you say now you want to just run on stock internals but believe me, once the boost buy bites you your done. 6psi will feel slow then 10 will so on and so on. Just watch.
