Default new turbo not running right

i have a 89 civic hatch with an ls turbo. t3-60 turbo 7 psi jackson racing fmu 40 psi at idle stock injectors. i think the problem im having is fuel cut, 1st and second gear are ok but high 2nd and every other gear if u floor it, it makes a loud wooshing sound a/f guage goes to lean and the car has no power. i also get a map sensor code. i think my problem is i need bigger injectors. can someone please help.

did you put a missing link or check valves on the map sensor?

i put a longer vacume line from the trottle body to the map sensor. but i will get a check valve that will fix the check engine light but i dont think it will fix the loss of power when i floor it

ya put check values in it.. and take it out. then see how it does. i had to pt teo ckeck values in mine.

Make sure you didn't mix up the lines on the FMU. I think the one in the center goes to the firewall, and the other to the regulator... but I you'd better double check. If you put it on backwards, you'll have huge problems like this.

At the very least, you need a checkvalve or missing link. Without that, your car will also have huge problems.

no fuel pump either....

doesn't the jackso SC come with a "missing link" type device?

dude he doesnt have a jackson racing SC. he has a JR FMU

anyways you still need to trick the MAP sensor.

and i think the JR fmu is like 4:1 also.
