i would get rid of the fmu and tune it as soon as you can with hondata, uberdata, neptune, etc. And good luck with the ssautochrome manifold. Maybe an aftermarket clutch to handle the power if you don't already have one.

you are gonna spend around 600 or 700 for hondata or neptune, and that includes tuning

I wouldn't worry about the head gasket. Invest your money elsewhere. I would definately trash that FMU (***** Motors Up) and go with Uberdata, or Hondata. A set of DSM 450 cc injectors will run you about $50, and Uberdata is a free program that you can download. If your not comfortable tuning your own car there are tons of good tuners out there, just search. Your car will be much faster and live a lot longer with good tuning (which you can't get with an FMU). As far as that SS manifold, I would sell that aswell, I had one on my rex and it was a weekly event tearing it back off the car to weld the cracks.

Best of luck, Happy spoolin'

like everyone is saying get rid of the crappy FMU and get a EMS. uberdata is relatively cheap and i ran it on my first turbo setup, car idled like stock on 550's. anyway just get an uberdata setup, if your in the NY/NJ/CT area i know of a great tuner who tuned my car. awesome guy to deal with. i wouldnt bother with a thicker head gasket, your compression is already low. if you are going to tear the head off i would suggest getting some ARP headstuds. and for the price of the SS auto manifold, you could sell it and save up a little more and get a nice log manifold. theres plenty of guys on the board that will fab one up for you. if u are interested in a manifold PM me, i know a great guy. hope this helps
