Default new plx wideband goes rich

i bought a new plx wideband with dm 5 gauge i am almost postive evey thing is hooked up right had my buddy look over wiring. When i turn key on (power to wideband ) gauge bounces back and forth and then goes rich and stays pinned on rich. i pulled the sensor out of down pipe and blew into it and it still stays pinned on rich. PLease help i bought gauge brand new so there should be no problems

I know this is an old thread but i'm having the same problem as well and I tried registering for their forum but it wasn't working.. Anyone know what it could be?

give plx a call, they have been very helpful with techincal support for me. give us some details on the wiring. where are you getting power ground and o2 signal?
