Icon3 New to HT, questions about GSR setup

Hi, somewhat new to HT, have browsed over numerous threads looking for info and ideas, but to the tuning scene... My knowledge is limited, but ready for learning.

Anyway,
I will be buying a '99 Honda civic Coupe that has been swapped with a GSR. A list of engine mods are as follows:

-Type R cams
-Skunk 2 Pro Series intake mani
-AEM Cold Air Intake
-OBX 4-2-1 21/2 header
-Mugen Valve cover
-Wicked Cat back exhaust
-ACT stage 3 6 puck unsprung
-Blox 2.3 inch test pipe
-Chipped Hondata ECU
-Warborough fuel pump
-LSD type R GSR tranny

Now i have done my research about what kind of turbo setup i would like to do, and the setup that seems most appealing to me is a setup by Jeff Evans Tuning:

-Stock B18C
-ARP head studs
-Skunk 2 intake mani
-Peakboost Ki 60 trim t3/t04e .63 a/r
-2.5" exhaust
-No Cat
-Precision 880cc injectors
-Walbro 255lph water pump
-3 bar map sensor
-Turbo xs boost controller
-Neptune

This setup has made variences of hp and trq, but is said to produce 325 whp and 240 tq. (I believe this setup is running at 9 psi)

Now, my question is how hard would it be to acquire these parts? And since Jeff Evans Tuning is in PA.... Where would be a good place to get this done/tuned around Nevada? (California, Arizona, ??) Also an idea of how much it would be to put this kind of setup together would be much appreciated. Any other ideas of turbo kits or additions that will help improve this setup would also be much appreciated. (I am on a budget since I am attending college and doing this on the weekends).

Really hope that I have my ideas straight, and im not going off in a wrong direction, and I hope to hear some opinions and suggestions.

THANKS!

are you looking to buy used? i have used evans as my tuner and he is a great guy if you are leary about buying from hom, dont be.

pricing depends on where you source the parts and if used/new.

as far as a tuner, IIRC, jeff has used the dyno at Low Cash Racing. see the tuner directory.

hth.

Yea, i was hoping to buy used, but something that hasnt been worn to you know what..
something remotely new, ya now?
And as far as Jeff's tuning, I've heard nothing but great things about his work, and numerous happy customers.

And thank you I'll have a look at the tuner directory, and ill check out the Low Cash Racing.
