Default new fuel pump or not/ tuneing

i know this has kind of been asked before/somewhat.

i am going to run a T3 .42/.48ar with 310cc's @ 7psi. do you think i will need a walboro 255lph fuel pump or should i just use my stock? my goal is eventually to hit 200whp but i will be happy with 160-180whp just to get use to it.

as never being boosted before, i have researched for about a year and my kit is getting near complete. as far as tuning goes. do you think it is possible for me to learn how to tune with hondata s200? that is what i am looking at getting. unless somebody can tune with crome that is located around the westpalm area in Florida.
thanks to any help/advice in advance
