New DEI Turbo blanket???
Has anyone out there used the new "Titanium Turbo Shield" that DEI just released.I seen Buschurs review and was wondering if anyone else had some feedback. Looks like a great product. I want to try to keep my engine bay temps down to the minimum with cutting holes in my hood or bumper. My manifold(ram-horn),turbine housing, downpipe, dumptube are all coated. I was also looking to wrap my downpipe with basic heat wrap. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks,

They do have t4 blanket I would love to see a back to back comparison between a regular turbo blanket and this one to see if its really worth that much more.

Here is a pick of the new DEI Titanium Wrap, I like the look and material is very strong. Not a good pick but you get the idea.

Re: New DEI Turbo blanket???
Mine smoked like crazy. I thought my car was going to catch fire, but i checked over and over and there were no oil leaks and there was nothing on the blanket when i installed it (it was brand new right out of the sealed package)
It does help a lot however, I only drove a few miles, but there seemed to be much less radiant heat when i popped the hood. Didn't get a chance to log any IAT's yet.
