New 1/4mile time with Neukin Manifold
Our car got 3 runs on Friday night. The track was very cold so the slicks didnt hook up that well.
Out of the 3 runs, the car ran 10.38@145.25mph.
Hopefully the next time we're out it'll be a little warmer so traction wouldnt be too much of an issue.
60'--------------1.703
1/8--------------6.929
1/8 MPH--------111.99
1/4--------------10.383
1/4 MPH--------145.25
Setup:
GSR with AEBS sleeves
Neukin Manifold
Full-race T3/T67
THANKS ALEX!!!

Amazing Trap speed, and the 60' time isn't too bad.
What manifold were you running before (and what time/trap was pulled with it)?

we always used the Neukin Manifold besides the SS autochrome. The car is different this year in terms of a better clutch and the Neukin turbo manifold. Last year the car made 575whp with the SS autochrome manifold, @28psi, then we switched to the Neukin manifold and a T3/T67 .63a/r and made 629whp. The clutch we were using were a clutch master stage 5 and it burnt up...now we have the competition clutch twin disk...

no...its a street car...15psi daily driven. ss autochrome held up fine...had to reweld the cracks a few times.

Re: New 1/4mile time with Neukin Manifold (93H22ACX)
Thanks Bee but you guys at Import Source Performance own and put alot of work into that car so thank you!!!
Do you still have the new design on or did you put the old manifold back on in preparation for that last dyno so we can compare better?
Search for Neukin and look at the first page or last few pages of the 500+ post thread here on Honda-Tech. There is alot of info on there if interested in the product. Thanks
Id like to see what happens when the track warms up like you said!

The hot side is a good amount larger, but the compressor is less efficient than the T67 and flows a bit less air. Should make more power just because of the additional exhaust flow.

Re: New 1/4mile time with Neukin Manifold (2000civicsi)
Alex...it was the old design that we put on for preparation for the dyno comparison between the two.
as for the t4/t66bb.... we'll just have to wait and see...but it is by far much bigger in size than the t67 in compressor size.

How do you figure?
T66: 2.580" Inducer
T67: 2.620" Inducer
T66: 3.580" Inducer
T67: 3.310" Inducer
T66 flows 72 pounds/mine, T67 does 75 pounds/minute.

great to see someone with a t3/t67 putting it down like that 9's arent far off and major props to the neukin manifold instead of a ssac would hate to see u drop a turbo or w/g with that kind of power cause of a cheap manifold

Re: (2point2)
Thanks, the manifolds are alot better, i had to start somewhere lol.
Should have kept that new manifold on there, would have been interesting to see what the runs were like. I think you would have done better with the new design since the top end is better.

its bigger in size by looking at the two compressor housing. that is what i mean. if the t3/t67 is next to the t4/t66 the t4/t66 looks bigger.
Alex...yeah we should have.... there is always next time
