I wanna look into dropping the oil pressure on my turbo honda as it is mainly running at abotu 90-110 PSI, Ive seen an article that says i should insert a needle valve or bypass valve? could someone tell me what they are? whether they can be constructed at home or ripped off another model at the breakers yard? I am interested in doing this just need a bit more info to get me going...

You are talking about an oil restrictor, which limits the amount of oil going to the turbo. This place has 2 versions - 1 for T turbos and another for GTs. Jegs and Summit also have similar devices, and there are even a few homeade ones running around.
