Ok...so heres the story. Starting to piece together a kit for my stock block b16. Already bought supertech springs and retainers and oem b16 valves with new seals. Have a precision 2.5in 2.5 out 350 intercooler w. necessary piping.

My questions are. Aside from gt series which turbo is best for me. My eyes were on the t3/t4 60 trim .63 ar turbo. I know that it will get it done, but I am jsut trying to match powerband/turbo capabilities. I would love to have a gt28r but i dont want to spend that type of money.

I plan to run 10lbs on a conservative tune... no wild a/fs or timing..

1) How high can I rev this stock block?

2) Is my turbo selection as good as it will get for the money? or should I try a different trim/ar?

3) Would anyone reccomend the avc-r for a mild DD setup like mine? over any other boost controller?

4) should I consider changing over to gsr cams?

5)Would cam gears be worth the investment?

1) stock b16 blocks have been known to take 9k-9.5k revs with no problem.
2)gt28rs is a good choice for under 350whp in my opinion but a gt30r would eave room for upgrades later
3)i like profec b spec 1's personally
4)gsr cams are a good cheap upgrade for b16's
5)cam gears are good for adjusting powerband but it is a personal preference whether to use them on mild setups. they definitely wont hurt and are a decent investment IMO
