Default need upgrade the fuel system or not for 600hp?

Hello guys.i have a EG6 sir.

my new setup is :

B16A2 engine with:
-84mm JE 9.5:1 cr
-Darton MID wet sleeves
-ITR cams
-Edelbrock intake manifold with 70mm throttle body
-1000cc Injector Dynamics
-255lph walbro
-GT3582r turbo

I have stock fuel lines, stock fuel rail and stock fuel presure regulator
and i always use pump gas 95 octane.

now i make some miles to Break in my engine. but soon enough i will
tune it with P30 ecu and chrome and my goal is 450-500 WHP.

Need I to upgrade my fueling system?
if i change only the fuel pump with 400lph walbro?

I ran out of fuel at 500hp with a setup very similar to yours.

I haven't changed anything, so the 400lph may help, I can't comment on that.

500 WHP or crank power?

i am afraid that the walbro 400 lph needs for sure to change the fueling lines.
Am i wrong?

REALLY...how much mm (size) had the lines you people used?
what the exactly size of inlet diameter of OEM lines?

Well you can def get 600whp, wouldnt advise to do so on pump gas tho. I would think the walbro 400 could make 600whp however you would think that its really pushing its limits at that point

600 whp logically gt3582r cant make... am i wrong?
the problem is the pump gas 95 octane??

i dont want to go to the limits....i want to go to a safe level..
this is the reason i want to upgrade my fueling system. IF it needs upgrade.
AND the ignition system (this is another story)

In my country (Greece) we havent E85.
we have pump gas 95 octane and race gas 100 octane.
BUT if you see in the news you will understund that here everything are terrible.
the gas price now is 1.80 euro for 95 octane and 2+ euros for 100 octane.

so...i will try to go with pump gas.is there any problem with that?

I made 607 on my stock fuel lines and walbro 255 on C16. Return line is a -6. 85mm B16. Maxxed the fuel capacity. Pump gas u would see close to 500 with that.

ok..

how much mm inlet diameter is recomended for feed fuel line
and how for return?

if i change my walbro 255 with walbro 400 lph
and fuel lines am i ok ? or i need to buy AEM fuel rail and one fuel regulator?

can i use oem fuel filter? or i must use aftermarket filter with bigger lines?
if yes which filter is recomended?

get a hold of tony at T1 race development.....he does some sick fuel set ups and can help you decide what you do and dont need.......and as far as ignition set up goes, the stock is capable of 500 whp, unless you start getting spark blow out, then you will have to start upgrading....
