Default Need some technical help. (*Zzzzzip, Puts on flame suit*)

I'm finishing up the turbo project and have 2 more things to purchase. Before I begin, here's my current setup:

Car: 1999 Civic Si

Current bolt-on's:
- '00 ITR cams, IM (w/ Hondata gasket), TB, and valve springs
- Hondata S200 w/ 3 step
-ACT flywheel w/ Exedy stage 1
- ES mounts and Silver's engine damper(don't flame; works great)
- 3" header-back exhaust
- Oil temp, oil press., EGT, Boost, Fuel pressure and water temp. guages
-Moroso baffled oil pan w/ turbo return
-Walbro 255 pump

Current Turbo parts in waiting:
-Blox maniflod
-Tial 38mm WG w/ 90deg elbow
-Greddy BOV + turbo timer

Waiting to buy:
-Turbo
-Intercooler setup
- Quaife (not now though.... )

Getting to the point, I need to purchase a turbo and IC to complete this project. I know the manifold is for a T3 setup and because I haven't built the bottom end I'm only going to boost ~7-8psi. I need some insight as to what turbo will best suite my needs. I'm also not planning on draging this car. Mostly I want a good mid-high turbo setup for weekend driving (my car only has 27,XXX miles on it). I want to get this done before the end of May and need to know what turbo (Comp. .XX A/R and Turbine .XX A/R specs) I should be purchasing. It's all a little confusing to me. I also have to make sure it fits my manifold (Keeping A/C by the way )

a 57 trim turbine will fit you well with a nice .63 or so AR compressor housing to make some good high end still. It will spool quick and still have good pull on the top end. I liked my SC34 for that reason.

This is very helpful. So what would be a good Comp .XX a/r and Turbine .XX a/r turbo for this setup and goal?

What do you think about ,say, a 57trim with a .48 or .55? Too small of a turbo?

no not to small, but with the higher rev of that motor it may die out alittle bit in the high end...still a solid choice though if you're not looking for big numbers

Sweet.

GT30 or GT28 would provide excellent spool and medium amount of power. Or if you want something cheaper SC34.

That looks nice ben and the price is also right .....

Can you choose a v band turbine housing instead of 5 bolt with that gt30R? How much does it run extra?
