Need some info on the tunning of my D16a6 turbo
Hi,
I install a turbo at 8 psi on my D16A6 and need some info on the tunning.
I try to tune that with a A/F autometer.
I have 450cc injector with the SMC +.
When i did a road test, i found that at 2 to 3 rpm, the A/F do the same thing that when i'm on the idle. The mix go from rich to lean. I think the ECU try to control and regulise the mixture.
Do i need to shoot more fuel???
Thanks

You cannot tune with an Autometer gauge!!!! What your seeing there is a stoich condition yes more fuel would be needed if you are boosting at 2-3k rpm. Any time your boosting you want the A/F to read all the way rich.. Be warned those gauges are not accurate..........
