Need some help, im burning oil...
OK guys im not boosted yet but the time is coming close. Im doing alot of prechecking before I get ready to install. One thing that I would like to fix is my oil burning problem. Its not constantly smoking but I was told when i get on it, the blue smoke comes out. I have to put oil in about once every 1-2 weeks and the back of my car now looks black. I thought maybe it was a valve seal and got some engine restore to maybe "swell" them up to stop the buring but no luck. I did a comp test and it was perfect 210-210-205-210. The motor is a d16y8 and 95k miles on it.
What would you all diagnose the problem is?

well this might be the perfect time for you to go turbo and build up the motor, because it might be something internal, same thing just happened to me but im turbo. The best thing to do would be do a leakdown test as well as a compression test, any local shop can do it, and that would diagnose your problem if it is internal.
