Need new turbo shaft (pics inside)
I rebuilt this turbo about two weeks ago and everything was ready to be installed. I forgot which way I put the bearing retaining clips in so I pulled it back apart last night to check them before I reinstalled it in the car. I learned a valuable lesson since I forgot that the shaft was a reverse thread. I snapped the shaft. It's a T3 60-1 .82A/R with stage 5 wheel from Full-Race. Does anyone know who makes this turbo because apparently from what I'm told Garrett (who I thought made it) does not make a 60-1. I want to buy a new shaft....don't need anything else, just the shaft. I'm going to call Full-Race on Monday, and try to get a new shaft but I have a feeling they are not going to know what to do to get it to me. Therefore I'm guessing I'll need to figure out who their turbo supplier is and call them instead. Thanks for any input on what you would do to get a new shaft.
On a positive note one of the retaining clips was in upside down so at least it wasn't for nothing lol.

Re: Need new turbo shaft (pics inside)
You want a stage 5 turbine wheel and shaft. that is in a variety of applications outside of the 60-1 (which was made by Garrett originally for the 1992 Bentley GT 4 door) in a T04b cover. It is now standard by garrett in a T04S cover based upon the old turbonetics stuff from 2001. As long as you're sure it is a stage 5 turbine wheel / shaft, any reputable turbo rebuilder can get a replacement part. If you're not 100% sure, best to send the unit as a whole in.
