I polished my just like that but i stil got the deep scratches....man how did u do it so well... IS that all hand done or did u take it to a buffing wheel?

You'll want to start with 300-400 grit and move to 600, 1200 or 1500, and 2000 if you want it perfect. Then use a buffing wheel/die grinder/polisher with some type of polishing compound. Doing the polishing by hand can be a bitch. I use a die grinder and it takes a lot of the work out. I've done my BOV, valve cover, and comp housing, up next is a Maxrev (if they ever call me to take my money wink wink)

lol, almost......its on a shelf here at the shop. by the way the door handle on your pos truck broke off, i can only open the door from the inside now and random pieces keep falling off!
