Below you will find some detailed information that may help to answer some of your questions.
To get your H22 engine sleeved includes the following:

* Golden Eagle Mfg. HD sleeves ( bore capability up to 89 mm )
* Installation - all done by precision CNC machines for perfect tolerances and dimensions
* Decking - a step deck is standard**
* Jet Wash Cleaning
* 100% inspection of your block, including pressure testing
* Warranty - Lifetime on the sleeves and 1 yr. on the installation

Price is $950 for the above procedure.
Big Bore option is $1050 and allows an 91 mm bore ( Race Only All-Motor )
Turn around time is approx. 7 working days.
We can accept PayPal, credit cards, money order and personal or business checks.
** Step deck is a decking process that makes the sleeves stick up proud of the block .003" for extra combustion chamber seal.
We do offer discounts for multiple engine sleeve jobs. Please ask for details.

Optional machining includes:

* O-ring - a small copper wire installed around the cylinder to add extra sealing for the head gasket. Max bore size available to 89 mm. Recommended for turbo. ($50)
* Line Bore - to make sure the crank main journals are straight and perfect size. ($220)
* Bore and hone - to perfect specification. Tolerances are .0002" taper / .0002" round with a plateau hone for extremely quick ring seal. ($125)
* Bead Blasting - cleans the outside of the block to look brand new. ($30)

We can also do any engine building you need. We have a full staff of professional engine machining and building personal and can offer you some of the finest engine building available. All engine builds include:

* Block inspection, 100% cleaned and bead blasted to look brand new!
* Arias Pistons ( shelf pistons or custom ) Arias is our piston of choice. We have used them, and other pistons, and have found Arias to be superior!
* Eagle, Crower, Pauter, Cunningham or aluminum BME rods. ( depending on your budget and hp goals )
* Bore and Hone ( perfect clearance for smooth, quiet operation and longevity. Our plateau hone requires less break-in for extremely quick ring seal. Tolerances held = Taper .0002", Round .0002" )
* Line bore ( most companies do not offer this because it is too expensive. Crank tunnel is re-aligned to be perfectly straight and within .0001" on size. )
* Sized crank ( done to obtain PERFECT bearing clearances. We don't just match colors by code, we actually measure and size the crank as needed to our turbo race engine clearances )
* Balanced rotating assembly ( not offered by most other engine builders. Our rotating assemblies are electronically balanced to 10,000 RPM for extremely smooth operation throughout the RPM range )
* ACL race bearings ( coated bearings used in EVERY race engine we assemble )
* New oil pump
* New bottom end gasket set ( oil pan, main seals and oil pickup )
* Fully blueprinted and assembled. You get a spec sheet back with your block dictating the bearing clearances, piston to wall, all product part #'s, etc.

For more info on engine build pricing, please send us an e-mail with any and all of your questions. We also offer the highest quality headwork. From port and polish to complete head and valve train assembly, we can do it all.

If you ever have any questions, please feel free to let us know anytime. We appreciate your interest and hope to do business with you soon.

Vince Tiaga

Having my GE H22 built as we speak. The quality of it was fantastic. I however prefer the honda bearings but that's just me. ACL's work fine for a lot of ppl though. I've always been curious about what happens if a sleeve drops. Is that covered?
