Need Help please read...Car wont move when vtec crossover
My car:
b18c1 with forged internals
boosting about 15psi.
Car was tuned with uberdata dynoed 370whp..anyways
A few weeks ago my car started to run weird. I need help to trouble shoot on the car.
1. The car is boosting about 12-15 psi now. At low cams the car runs fine, but when vtec crossover the car seem like its not accelerating. I try to change vtec crossover from 4000-7000rpm its still the same. So when low cams
and high cams 
.. Even in 1st gear the car is not burning tire at WOT..
2. Vaccum seem to be at 10-12psi when cold..and 13-14psi when is warmed up. Also is really hard to start the car when is hot but easier when is cold..
Please Give me some advice asap.
