Default Need help With JRSC Exhaust setup/size. Integra GSR

Here is my current setup:

1995 Integra GSR 90k miles

JRSC @ 6 psi (stock boost)
Walboro 255lph fuel pump
NGK Spark plug wires
NGK Iridium spark plugs
Exedy stage 3 3 puck clutch
b16 tranny with ctr lsd
DC 4-1 Header banged up to **** on bottom
LS Cat (wtf....)
Skunk2 exhaust (2.36 inch piping)

Going to be installing these:
Custom made 4-1 2 3/4 race header made for a type r...
2.5" High Flow Carsound Cat

Now im looking at getting full custom exhaust and i was thinking about 2.5 inch all the way back from the catalytic converter...
I thought 2.5 from the cat back so it would be pretty much 2.5 inch all the way from the beginning of the carsound cat back, and i figure there is no point in going 2 3/4 - 2.5 - 2 3/4 because the cat would be restricting the airflow to 2.5 inches anyways.... Im looking for suggestions to make my engine breathe better... TIA

Hey I also have a 95 jsrc gsr running 6 psi too. Except I'm on uberdata. I'm also using a 2.5" custom exhaust. I made it myself. It consists of 3 magnaflows, carsound cat, and moroso spiral flow. I chose the magnaflows because they're straight through and not louvered which should flow the best. I added the spiral flow when I put on the supercharger because I heard that the sc amplifies the exhaust note. It's quiet enough to be quiet when I need it to be, but for the most part it's a little loud for my tastes. You can also notice that I shoved one of the magnaflows in a stock gsr muffler. There's not many options for 2 3/4" pipe/mufflers so I'd either go 2.5" or up it to 3" if you plan to up the boost, but at 3" it'll probably be really loud.

I have made 280+whp on 2.5" and seen no gains going bigger, except noise.
For the money you can't go wrong with the greddy evo and chop the tip off put a smaller on one there.

yeah thats what i was thinking anymore than 2.5 and it wont help any with my setup... i mean 600 + rwhp supras are going with 3 " exhaust... i dont see why a 1.8l engine should have to go with any larger than 2.5.... 2.5 it is.

went with a muffler shop here in phx. 2.5" piping, flex pipe, 18" resonator and 2.5 magnaflow muffler. cost around 350 for everything.

or you can order one of kteller's kits, comes with everything you would need and great customer service. i was gonna this route but found this muffler shop locally.

you will definately feel the gains especially when combined with a nice flowing header. kamikazi for me.

went with 3". Costed 260 for everything including installing the header welding flanges for the cat and doing all the custom exhaust and welding skunk2 muffler onto the 3". 3" > my ears.

3" is way too big, it's not a turbo.
