Need help identifying my turbo? (Pics included)

Hey guys

I have a fresh rebuilt garrett turbocharger that would like some input on please- My buddy will hook me up for $100 but he has no idea where or what it came off.
Planning to put it on a B18A1 but am a little concerned on the size/specs etc.
Check out the photos. I would really appreciate any input on it, the a/r on exhaust is 64 and compressor is 48
You think it will spool up ok or is the exhaust housing too big? Though exhaust wheel seems pretty small in there. Compressor housing seems pretty small? It also has an adjustment which I have not seen before, its that long bolt and nut and there is sticker added with lines for precision adjustment by the looks. Your thoughts? Is it T3 or T4. Will it suite my motor? It will be a low boost set up I am after. Or If anyone has a more suitable turbo i would be willing to do a trade.

Thanks in advance!

I definitely has a VNT exhaust side, normally that arm would be connected to a vacuum canister that moved the arm based on boost pressure to move the vanes, that actuator has been replaced with what appears to be a homemade static adjuster.

Compressor side looks like a t28/60 trim t3, definitely nothing bigger than a straight t3 for sure, but we can't know for sure unless you have a tag on the center section with numbers or you take the housings off and measure the wheels.

Also a turbine inlet flange picture with measurements would help determine what it is, we can't tell fro, any of these photos.

I have uploaded some more photos and measurements that may be of help. I did find the tag on the center section and took a photo of it.
Should i leave that static adjuster alone as I plan on running a 38mm tial external?
After closely examining the turbo wheels my size estimation on the compressor wheel is about 70mm and exhaust wheel is roughly 50mm (maybe a little bigger)

Are there any number on the center section?

In order to know what it is, you need to take the housings off and measure, with a set of calipers, inducer and exducer because without a serial or part number off the turbo that's the only way
