need help on guages and misc. parts for them..
i am about to buy a couple autometer guages but i need to buy the pillar mount first... im thinking about the dual pillar mount for my 2000 civic si.. who makes the best one?... and what size guages fit there?.. seems like there are so many sizes... well i need some help.. TIA

The one autometer makes will suffice for autometer gauges....they make two sizes (last time i checked) 2 1/6 and 2 5/8....just make sure the gauge size matches the pillar holes, and your set!

boost and egt.. im thinkin if i should also get a dual bezel guage pod and get 2 extra gauges as well.. whats the next most important besides Boost and EGT? and thanks for the help man..

The autometer A/F isn't very exact, you'd be better off with a TechEdge or FJO wideband, but they're a lot more expensive. Go with oil pressure and fuel pressure.

cool, thanks for the reply guys, im looking to get the autometer carbon fiber series ... anyone know where they sell em for a good price?.. thanks.. and a good deal on the pillars would also be nice too... thanks in advance

Definetly the fuel psi and the oil psi. The a/r gauge like others said would be better off being a wideband one (FJO, TechEdge, etc). Make sure the fuel pressure gauge is an electric gauge with the fuel isolator. Fuel psi capillary tubes running in the passengers compartment is very unsafe for daily driving.
IMO, something you may want to consider. Those carbon series Autometers are cool looking but I really have a hard time reading them at a glance. Just something to keep in mind. Good luck with your project

thanks again guys, well yeah, but all the other gauges are really expensive.. iw ill upgrade to something better later on down the road, but autometer cf series will have to do for now..
