need help finding water fittings for gt40r
hey all, im trying to finish my turbo build and i cant seem to find the water fittings for the turbo (garrett gt4094r). every site i find has the fittings for the medium frame garretts but i cant find the fittings for the large frame with the m18x1.5 threaded water holes. full-race said they carry the tial banjo bolt water fittings but i cant find them on there site. can anyone give me any insight on where i can find these fittings? im not too worried about how they connect to the lines i.e. hose barb, -AN line, or whatever; i just need to run water(and please dont tell me i dont have to run them).

http://www.atpturbo.com has always been my best source for GT turbo fittings of all sorts.

Most water lines I've seen have been in the -6AN range, which I believe corresponds to an ID of about 3/8" which seems pretty adequate. You could step up to a -8(1/2" ID) if you think you need more flow for a larger CHRA.

We used a pair of Earl's M18x1.5mm to -8AN adapters on the center housing with stat-o-seals. It's quite difficult getting a wrench in there without hitting hte compressor housing. -6AN will be easier to install.
