Default Need help fast 8:5:1 Vs 9:3:1 HELP ME DESIDE!

Im posting here, due to no responce in the intgra forum for over an hour, and i really need to know.

Ok I go to order the 9:3:1 Pistons for my turbo build, and I get a message from the guy im buying them from.

Hes trying to tell me To get the 8:5:1 for boost. He was telling me if im running over 12 psi on a 9:3:1 setup ill need race gas, and with the 8:5:1 I wont, and this will be better for makeing over 350+ hp.

I had the 9:3:1 planned for a while, I now all the sudden im brought up with a question.

Is the 8:5:1 all that different? I dont want to have to run a ton of boost to make up for that power drop

So 9:3:1 OR 8:5:1 And give your reasons why or why not

You don't need race gas to run 12 spi on 9.3:1. I plan running about 15 psi at 10:1 with 93 octane pump gas.

Go with the 9.3:1 pistons.

Your setup could easily be good for 400whp, depends on what turbo you run. There is no need to weld a blockguard a place.

9 :3 : 1 is good, 8 : 5 : 1 would be too low
