need help building a 99 gsr to handle hp
im kinda new at honda and acura but im picking it up quickly...i could use a lil guidance on how to set up my gsr to handl 300 to 400whp

Man U FTW
With the correct tune and a good setup, a stock block GSR will handle ~300whp...some have even made 400whp. You need to narrow your goals to either closer to 300whp or more towards the 400whp range. Also, have a budget in mind for the engine build and turbo setup....that will also help determine your power goals.

ehh i dont really have a budget its more build as i go and closer to 4 would be nice... but yah and i want it to be safe so im gonna build the motor
