need help asap, please help ohh wise ones
taking off the turbo today, was wondering if can keep the 440cc's and use the VAFC and adjust the fuel pressure to still idle and use as a daily driver? was thinking -50% across and maybe idle fuel pressure of 35psi? would this work??? thanks in advance.

right now my d16z6 is NA, running cleaned and flowed 450's with only a FPR. it idles VERY well, almost perfect and runs perfectly fine with approx. 30-35psi fuel. no afc.

yea, low 30's should keep the car running a bit rich at idle and it will work for the rest. You may starve momentarily w/ a sudden throttle stab but the degree is hard to generalize. I wouldn't recommend it as permanent setup nor an ideal performing one. Get a run and you'll be suprised at the a/f you running throughout the powerband.

well it's running, i couldn't get the FP lower then 40, i guess it's the 255lph fuel pump...but i'm running at -35% across on the VAFC and it seems fine, i'm going to try -42% across, we'll see.
