need to find a good place to bore out my block

my 87mm pistons are f*cked, so i found some new ones, 89mm, i jst have to get my block bored out to match them, anyone know of any shops that can do it fairly cheap in the NC/SC/TN area?

most machine shops can do it as long as you provide them with the piston and piston to wall clearance etc..

sup i read ur forum post earlier, sorry to hear about your incident, I had my share of engine problems. how bad are the pistons anyway pics? just curious thanks

the pistons aren't that bad, but i do not feel safe putting them back in, so i have opted to get new ones

and, will the piston to wall clearnace be listed in my Helms manual??
