28 ft-lb on rod bolts. 67 ft-lb on headbolts (I do 75 ft-lb).

the cap bridge are 49 ft/lbs
the main caps are 56ft/lbs
don't you have HELMS ?

whats the diffrence in the cap bridge and main caps yes i have a helms but i cant find it and im in a hurry. thanks
