Default Is it necessary/recommended for a retune after lossening/tightening BOV?

I was told that no retuning was necessary after lossening/tightening my BOV but I just wanted to confirm that statement.

Ummm....yeah.....you can kick whoever said that in their floppy vagina. Also, when you change your wiper blades, you should rebuild your engine.

you will not need to change your tune you are not changing anything related to the tune
