MY02 WRX 420 Inj. - H22 FI
Like the topic reads, wondering if my stock 420cc stock WRX injectors could be used with an H series for a boosted setup? Will be tuning using S300, but more concerned with physical fitment.
TIA

im not wrx expert but IIRC wrx is sidefeed injector, h22 is top feed, if i am correct in that they will not fit.

STi uses sidefeed, WRX uses topfeed (and saturated). The 420's are only good for ~300whp with a high pressure pump and a base pressure of over 55psi. Seeing how moderate B16 setups can max those out (as in t3 under 10psi), that is a poor choice for injectors IMO. With today's EMS's for Hondas, people are running 1000cc injectors w/o any idle/drivability issues. I'd say sell them on ebay for around $100, then spend another $150 to get precision 750cc or larger peak & hold injectors and resistor box.
BTW I forgot about this page, if you have the right injectors, they could become 740cc injectors: http://www.teamscss.com/Subaru...d.htm The only problem is that people rate the incresed flow from 560cc to 740cc, so best to spend another $60 to get them cleaned & flowtested.
