My turbo set up, questions.
I have a 1994 integra LS/T. My set up is:
Turbonetics kit W/
t3/t4 turbo
spearco intercooler
turbonetics log style mani
550cc injectors
AEM fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator
Hondata s200 with Boost
Stock exhaust
Pushing 200whp and 189 torque.
I see lots of people running turbo b18b with similiar set ups making 230-250 whp on as much if not less boost. Is my stock exhaust hurting my power that much? I have a 2.5 inch downpipe, so I was going to run a 2.5 inch all the way back, is that going to be ok? I'm going to be doing an ls/vtec conversion later, and going with a ram horn style mani, so I don't want to get a new downpipe now, then have to get another one when I do that. I might do the mani first actually. Anyhow, how much of an increase do you think I would see from going to the 2.5? how much if I just went 3 inch? Would I be able to hit 300whp right now without the vtec head just switching to the ram horn mani, and putting on the 2.5 or 3 inch exhaust? Any opinions would be helpful. Thanks, Ramsey.

Re: (Schister66)
I just talked to Jeff Evans about tuning my car in may and gave him the set-up im currently trying to pc together and he said a 3in exhaust with no cat along with the 3'' DP will yield 20-30 more hp than with a cat or 2.5'' exhaust.

3 inch even if you have to get a ghetto custom muffler shop for it
doesn't matter as long as it 3 inch along with a 3 inch inlet to the muffler

What about a 2.5 down pipe into a 3 inch catless exhaust. I don't want to have a new dp bent up to have to have another custome one done when I switch to a ramhorn. I'll still be restriceted by the 2.5 dp, so will it even matter than the rest of the exhaust is 3 inch?
