in all honesty, the gauge mounted on the hood is hideous. Please tell me it isn't a boost guage mounted out there.

Other than that, I think you did well.

i like it b/c its different... it took me a while to get used to but to each his own.... my dad is from the muscle car era and me and him built the car so he wanted to put that touch on there

thaks for the feedback guys.. bbk i got ur pm but cant message yet cause im a trial user.. but thanks

im not sure how much itll put down but last year when my engine blew on the dyno i made 265 whp 251 wtq at 12 psi at 5300 rpms, with f'd compression, so im hoping some good #s

first offf... i wasnt looking for all out power... although that red prelude has a very nice setup, and this summer i might go with a lovefab and sc34, i built the engine not just for bragging rights but to have a solid car so i dont care if its weak, i can always upgrade... and dumbass of course you can run those pistons on an unsleeved block, y do u think i blew it.. you live and you learn... people make mistakes... im not trying to say my car is better than anyones just shwoing it to u guys

tommorrow ill take a pic of the burnt up wiseco pistons that i ran... i dont see why people come on the board just to criticize other peoples cars and flame them... btw i turboed the SH because thats the car i have... it was kind of a pain in the *** but ATTS is disabled now so i dont see the diff... also whats your idea of weak?? 350 whp on a front drive on the street is a lot of power..

since im a trial user i cant post more than 5 a day... but DONKIMAN, i am not sure how much boost i will be running... on this turbo i might push 18-19 PSI out of it... when i upgrade the turbo this summer if i do i will deff push 23 lbs... along with a new mani, turbo, and front mount = )

LSboy, its tough just get the parts as u can afford them.. u dont know how many times this car had me wanting to rip all my hair out... sometimes its a real pain in the ***.. but now that were reaching the final stages.. it becomes worth it

on 12 psi when i went kaboom i had eagle rods wiseco 9.8:1 cr pistons and an unsleeved block... the car was so f'd, prob because of stock FRM sleeves... but everything is resolved now... i prob made that much power because of the little bit higher comp ratio... this was on 93 octane

Well IDK what anyone else says, for you cause your boosted and too cause its built. And to everyone saying his old setup sucked, he found out the hard way, now congradulate him on all the hard work and $ and time hes put into it. Seesh, over on HMT everyones all about getting boosted, over here, people dont seem to share the same optimisim....

Looks like the project was done with care, but I don't care for the turbo manifold, it seems to be a terribly inefficient design, especially runner length and wastegate placement. I would definitely upgrade to a better manifold (as you have planned to). Other than that, sweet.

I am interested in seeing this thing on a dyno. What are you expecting to see for numbers?

the gauges suck lol... back from the all motor days... i have an oil pressure in my room just havent put it on... i took that shot to show u the gauge in the hood... as far as my setup, its upgradeable and this summer i prob will be.... but i bought the kit before i was built and didnt expect to take this to where it is now... but the car runs great btw.... as far as #s i am tuning on the AEM ems and expect at least 355, maybe up to 390 whp, who know... i know that at 250 traction was an issue... so well see

revhard cast mani, came with kit, not a big fan of it... and rev hard supplied the ic piping as well... since i have the build this summer i plan on overhauling alot of the turbo setup, as the hard part is already done...
