is my turbine housing too small
i have a 98 accord f23 with a t3 t4 . the turbine housing is .48 ar. . some people tell me i need to go a .63 ar. i am getting surge at low rpm acceleration.

I would think a big motor like a 2.3 would be able to spool a .63 a/r pretty easily. I would suggest upgrading IMHO
