my tranny grine like hell on third and fourth gear
i don't know why my tranny grine like hell on third and fourth gear especially when my rpm is between 3-6. does anyone experience that before? motor is b16 with gsr tranny. please, let me know if anyone know anytihing or experience it. are there any way i can get it fix. thanks

I had this problem and I thought it was my syncros. It turned out to be my syncros.

honda wont sell you jsut the snycors but full gear set including the syncros so you ask them you need 2nd gear setup and 3rd or whatever is grinding and just replace them its inthe helms manual for honda

what is a sycros? how can i replace it? thanks
or take the transmission off yourself, buy a helms and a lot of tools and spend a month learning how a tranny works.
